European Conference on Visual Media Production, 2016
News

This year the CAMERA team organised the 13th European Conference on Visual Media Production (CVMP) held at the BFI, Southbank in December.
The conference brings together expertise in video processing, computer vision, computer graphics, animation and physical simulation. It provides a forum for presentation of the latest research and application advances, combined with keynote and invited talks on state-of-the-art industry practice.
The fantastic speakers were engaging and covered the latest visual media production topics from academia and industry. We were lucky enough to hear from Michael Black, Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems; Diego Gutierrez, University of Zaragoza; Dan Winn, YouTube VR; and Mark Ardington, Double Negative Visual Effects as our key note speakers.
If you want to find out more about the conference, please take a look at the website and Twitter feed. We look forward to welcoming everyone again at CVMP 2017!
