ART-AI call for new partners and collaborators
The UKRI CDT in Accountable, Responsible and Transparent AI (ART-AI) is opening a call for new partners and collaborations.
ART-AI exists to educate interdisciplinary professional experts to make the best, and safest, use of artificial intelligence (AI) and to explore the opportunities, challenges and constraints presented by the diverse range of contexts for AI.
The Centre brings together researchers from across the University to train the next generation of specialists with expertise in AI, its applications and implications. It is currently recruiting and training at least 60 PhD students from diverse backgrounds; including existing experts in AI, from engineering, computer science, and social science and policy backgrounds.
ART-AI will produce interdisciplinary graduates who can act as leaders and innovators with the knowledge to make the right decisions on what is possible, what is desirable, and how AI can be ethically, safely and effectively deployed.
The Centre is always looking for co-creation of research projects and are particularly keen to hear from partners who would like to collaborate in other ways such as internships, short term project based placements, training, workshops and/or speaking to our students as a keynote or as part of a seminar series.
More information on the centre, our programme, partners and students can be found on the ART-AI website
