CAMERA’s new PhD researcher Caitlin Naylor has been awarded the highly prestigious 2022 Experimental Psychology Society/British Science Association Undergraduate Project Prize.
Her project “Modality Mediates Top-Down Perception: Presentation of Material through Vision or Touch Influences the Extent to which Expectations Shape Perception of Heaviness” was selected as winner of the award this year. Caitlin was supported in her research by her supervisor CAMERA Co-Investigator Michael Proulx at University of Bath.
The Experimental Psychology Society (EPS) in collaboration with the British Science Association awards an annual prize to the best final year undergraduate project in experimental psychology submitted from a UK psychology honours degree programme.
This prize will be presented at the following year’s annual British Science Festival.
